Refund policy

We accept cancellations request within 24 hours of purchase, and don't accept refund/return because custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.  Photos of delivery packing may be required for insurance reimbursement/refund so please do not dispose of original packaging prior to inspecting your order.
